L.R.E. have now completed the design of the new 'Graduate Variturn'  and it is now in full production.

The 'All New' Graduate Variturn is fitted with the latest generation high performance electronic speed control giving a speed range of 300- 2400 rpm. simply at the turn of a dial with no belts to change. 760mm between centres with a 200mm centre height (400mm swing), outboard bowl turning capacity of 457mm diameter. Motor power  1.1kw (1.5hp).

Other features include:

• Built-in spindle lock incorporating 12 position indexing.
• Digital spindle speed display
• M33 x 3.5mm spindle nose
• Nr. 2 Morse taper in headstock and tail stock spindles

The lathe is built in the United Kingdom to exacting standards.
