Woodturning Lathes
The Graduate in it's original form is no longer manufactured, to avoid confusion, the 'Classic' range are only available Re-Built to original specifications and model range. ie fixed 4 speed 1hp 240v single or 440v 3 phase.
The 'Variturn' is as the Graduate 'Classic' but with the L.R.E. 'Variturn' electronic speed control system added.
Model range is as the 'Classic' with three choices of bed length centre lathes, and the 'Short Bed' bowl turning model.
The 'Variturn 1630' is not yet available, but will be by Spring 2008. initially only offered as a 30" (762mm) between centres lathe with 8" (200mm) centre height and Variturn electronic speed control, see 'News' for more details. (No images available yet).
We can supply virtually all spare parts for the Graduate 'Classic' range, all are manufactured new, occassionally we have some used or refurbished parts available, please ask when enquiring for spares.
Variturn conversion kit's are available for existing Graduate owners who want to convert their existing lathe to electronic variable speed.
